OSHA Sends Final Electric Power Rule To White House; Industry Says PPE, Logistics Concerns Persist

OSHA has sent its final rule for electric power transmission and distribution and electrical protective equipment to the White House for review, moving closer to publishing what is one of only a handful of major new rules expected to come out of the agency this year.
