OSHA continues to peg ergonomics as one of the agency's leading enforcement priorities even in the absence of a specific standard to address musculoskeletal disorders, agency chief David Michaels has signaled, reiterating OSHA's intent to use the OSH Act's general duty clause to cite ergonomic hazards.
