The U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB) is intensifying pressure on OSHA to take urgent action cracking down on combustible dust hazards, calling on the agency to publish a proposed rule tackling the issue within one year and add industries that generate metal dust to the targets of its National Emphasis Program (NEP) on the enforcement side.
