The U.S. Chemical Safety Board's (CSB) top official jumped into an ongoing dispute over the inclusion of an “unclassified hazards” category under OSHA's upcoming final rule to amend its hazard communication (hazcom) standard, telling White House officials the category should be included to ensure combustible dust is addressed.
