Rep. Ed Markey (D-MA) wote to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) urging it to release OSHA's proposed rule tackling silica dust exposure. The proposed rule has been under OMB review for more than two years, and Markey, in a letter to Jeffrey Zients, acting director of OMB, calls on the White House to “release this proposed rule immediately so that workers can finally receive the protections that they urgently need and deserve.”
