Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), ranking Democrat on the Appropriations subcommittee that oversees OSHA, released a report decrying cuts to OSHA, along with other Labor and Health and Human Services programs, over the past decade and warning that the looming sequester and future discretionary budget caps will put constraints on OSHA enforcement efforts.
