The American Industrial Hygiene Association says it will host a two day virtual symposium on occupational noise exposure and noise hazards Oct. 17-18. John Ratliff, William Carter and Sharon Kujawa will direct the workshop presentations, which will include a working knowledge of the physics of noise, the anatomy and physiology of human hearing, and the benefits of hearing prevention programs.
