Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, Guatemalan Ambassador Francisco Villagrán De Léon and Nicaraguan Ambassador Francisco Campbell signed declarations that will make it easier to protect the rights of Guatemalan and Nicaraguan citizens who work in the United States, OSHA said.
