Rafael Moure-Eraso, chairman of the U.S. Chemical Safety Board, visited the site of the Deepwater Horizon blowout preventer testing site in New Orleans, and said it has enabled him to see firsthand some of the key evidence that will play a part in the CSB investigation of the matter.
