OSHA formalized its plans to extend by three months the public comment period of its proposed interpreation of "feasible" in its occupational noise control standards, agreeing to calls from industry representatives who say they need more time to provide responses. A filing in the Federal Register announces that the period will now close March 21, 2011. The agency also said it will hold a stakeholder meeting on the subject before the end of the comment period.
