OSHA published interim final rules Tuesday on whistleblower provisions contained in statutes covering railroad, public transit, commercial motor carrier and consumer products industries. The rules address the National Transit Systems Security Act and Federal Railroad Safety Act; the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act; and the Surface Transportation Assistance Act.
