On Dec. 29, 2015, OSHA issued this citation to Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, one of the largest roofing companies in southern Florida. The citation asserts that Latite has failed numerous times to provide employees performing roofing work with fall protection devices. OSHA proposed penalties of $115,500.
