Rep. Robert Scott (D-VA) and Sens. Patty Murray (D-WA), and Bernie Sanders (I-VT), wrote a letter to Labor Secretary Thomas Perez urging him to strengthen oversight of state workers’ compensation programs, saying the levels of support and compensation for those injured on the job are no longer adequate.
