Sen. Al Franken (D-MN), ranking member on the workplace safety subcommittee, on April 28 introduced S. 1112, the Protecting America's Workers Act, which would make numerous changes to the OSH Act. Rep Joe Courtney (D-CT) on Wednesday filed HR 2090, the House companion bill.
