Reg Advocates Slam 'Influence' On OSHA Small Business Panels

A recent report by the Center for Effective Government, a regulatory advocacy group, contends that trade associations and their "big business members" are "shutting genuine small business voices out of the federal rulemaking process and weakening some crucial public protections," including OSHA rules. The group cites as two examples, changes to OSHA's electric power rule and delays in an OSHA diacetyl rule.
