A new report issued by the Center for Progressive Reform calls on the Obama administration to issue a final OSHA silica rule, as well as rules to protect child agriculture workers, among many other regulations. The report identifies what the group calls “13 Essential Regulatory Actions” that the administration can move before the end of President Obama’s term.
