The Environmental Protection Agency Office of Inspector General (OIG) wrote to the U.S. Chemical Safety Board, over which it has oversight, stating that OIG is beginning work to update the fiscal year 2014 list of areas OIG considers to be the "key management challenges confronting" the investigative board.
