NIOSH chief John Howard, the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program administrator, issued a statement for the July 1 one-year anniversary of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act going into effect, officially launching the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program. The WTC Health Program provides medical evaluation and treatment to eligible 9/11 responders and survivors.
