OSHA is promulgating its final rule revising its eye and face protection standards for general industry, shipyard employment, marine terminals, longshoring, and construction. The rule updates references to national consensus standards. OSHA says it is adopting the proposed version of the rule because it received “no significant objections from commenters.”
