OSHA issued a new instruction Oct. 8 providing guidance and direction to the national and regional offices concerning OSHA’s policies and procedures for training whistleblower investigators. The Labor Department Office of Inspector General recently issued a report on performance of the whistleblower program making several recommendations for administrative changes.
