Susan Dudley, director, the Regulatory Studies Center and distinguished professor of practice at George Washington University, testified Sept. 16 to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee regarding numerous regulatory reform bills, as did Sidney Shapiro, the Frank U. Fletcher chair of administrative law at the Wake Forest University School of Law and vice president of the Center for Progressive Reform.
