The U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB) will convene a public meeting Sept. 30 in Houston, where CSB will discuss its investigation of the incident at the DuPont LaPorte facility that claimed four lives last November. CSB staff will present interim findings and proposed recommendations for the board’s review and approval.
