Agency Grapples With SVEP Process Challenges In Moving Employers Off Program

OSHA is struggling with how to handle the process for moving employers off of its Severe Violator Enforcement Program (SVEP) once they demonstrate willingness and continuous efforts to comply with OSHA standards, a key agency official says.
