Bush Ethics Lawyer: Change Law To Let Agencies Like CSB Selectively Waive Privilege

An outside legal counsel to the U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB) who served as President George W. Bush's ethics counsel in the White House tells Inside OSHA Online that Congress should pass legislation to let agencies like CSB selectively waive privilege in order to comply with document requests from inspectors general.
