The U.S. Chamber of Commerce released this report titled “Regulatory Indifference Hurts Vulnerable Communities” in February 2016. The report finds that OSHA regulations, in addition to Environmental Protection Agency regulations, could “devastate” the U.S. brick manufacturing industry due to inability to afford and comply with OSHA and EPA rules.
