The industry law firm Keller and Heckman, represented by partner Lawrence Halprin, provided an update on OSHA's implementation of the "Hazcom 2012" (HCS) rule -- which incorporates OSHA's adoption of the Globally Harmonized System of classifying and labeling chemicals -- at a recent meeting of the Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association.
