The Environmental Protection Agency on Nov. 24 issued a policy memorandum explaining its position on how it will carry out the EPA Risk Management Program component of OSHA's process safety management rule after OSHA issued an interpretation of the rule that will effectively remove the retail exemption for several thousand facilities (see related story).
