OSHA has once again cited the U.S. Postal Service for workplace safety violations, this time following an inspection of a mail processing facility in Bluefield, WV, as the agency's enterprise-wide complaint against USPS for alleged electrical safety violations continues. OSHA is proposing total penalties of $287,000 in the Bluefield case.
