OSHA handed down this final rule on procedures for handling retaliation complaints under the National Transit Systems Security Act and Federal Railroad Safety Act on Nov. 9, 2015. The rule finalizes procedures and time frames for handling retaliation complaints under the two acts, including procedures and time frames for employee complaints to OSHA.
