Labor Secretary Tom Perez told the House appropriations panel with DOL jurisdiction in prepared testimony Wednesday (April 2) that the president's proposed OSHA budget for fiscal 2015 gives OSHA additional resources to "centralize the agency's audit function and improve the information technology used by investigators to collect case data" as well as enhanced whistleblower enforcement.
