OSHA is asking the Office of Management and Budget to extend its current information collection request (ICR) that allows the agency to ascertain whether employers are adequately alerting employees to the “safe distance” between goods undergoing electrostatic detearing and the electrodes or conductors of the equipment used in the process. The agency is seeking comment on its request to extend its ICR authority.
