OSHA Reopens Beryllium Docket

OSHA has reopened its beryllium docket to accept additional public comments following its recent public meeting. According to a recent memo from William Perry, director of OSHA's Directorate of Standards and Guidance, parties who had filed notices of intent to appear at the March 21 public meeting may submit additional information and data relevant to the proceeding through April 21, 2016; final briefs, arguments, and summations must be submitted by May 6, 2016.
