OSHA has presented to a group of advisors the discussion draft of a proposed rule to address safety and health issues for emergency responders, with directions to the panel to come up with recommendations and proposed regulatory text for OSHA's national advisory group to consider. OSHA has worked actively for more than a year on the rulemaking.
