OSHA on Wednesday (Aug. 19) issued a directive to field staff detailing policies and procedures for implementing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for whistleblower cases wherever possible. The agency created the regional ADR process under a federal mandate to attempt to resolve claims through neutral, confidential representatives.
