OSHA and the Federal Aviation Administration on Dec. 1, 2015, struck an agreement to protect airline workers from retaliation for reporting regulatory failures of airlines to either OSHA or the FAA. The memo establishes training programs for both agencies to recognize worker safety and retaliation issues as well as FAA safety regulation violations.
