The Health and Human Services Department proposed the removal of its regulations pertaining to administrative functions, practices, and procedures for occupational safety and health research and related activities conducted by NIOSH. The department said in a Thursday (Aug. 13) Federal Register notice that as a part of the retrospective review conducted by all federal agencies, it has determined that the regulations are no longer in use.
