A special working group of the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health prepared notes from an August meeting in which members discussed formulating recommendations to combat temporary worker injuries and illnesses. The panel is working under a charge from OSHA chief David Michaels to come up with recommendations to the agency on developing best practices for inclusion in employers' broader prevention programs.
