In a move heralded by organized labor, DOL has reached a company-wide settlement with DeMoulas Super Markets that calls for the Tewksbury grocery chain to correct all hazards and take substantive worker health and safety steps for employees of all of the chain's more than 60 Market Basket stores in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Unions have called for increased use by DOL of corporate-wide settlements.
