CSB Formalizes Procedural Rule Change

This U.S. Chemical Safety Board final rule was scheduled for publication Thursday (Aug. 6) in the Federal Register to amend the board's quorum and voting regulations. The changes add a requirement for the chair to place notation votes that have been calendared for discussion to the agenda of a public meeting within 90 days of the calendared notation vote, and requires the chair to conduct at least four public meetings per year in Washington.
