CPWR - The Center for Construction Research and Training has introduced what it calls "the next generation" of Hazard Alert cards by publishing an alert on silica. Through its cooperative agreement with NIOSH, CPWR says, the organization is preparing several upgraded hazard alert cards. CPWR says the silica warning card is timely with the renewed attention focused on the dangers of airborne silica.
